I offer contextual behavior therapy, individually and in groups, in Dutch and English.
More specifically, I work according to the principles of Acceptance en Commitment Therapie (ACT), Process-based Behaviour Therapie (PBBT) en Compassion Focused Therapie (CFT).
In addition, I offer body-oriented therapies heart coherence and holistic pulsing. Heart coherence is a breathing technique that supports your stress system and increases your resilience. Holistic pulsing is a gentle massage technique that promotes deep relaxation and connection with yourself.
