Our trainings and workshops are interactive and hands-on. We believe that learning by doing is the most effective. Practical exercises align directly with the goals of participants, so that they can immediately apply new insights and skills in their work and life.

After an intake interview, we design training courses and workshops that match the specific questions and needs of your organization. Our offer is available in both Dutch and English.
Our vision
When people completely coincide with their professional role, in the long run it can lead to getting stuck, depression, burnout or a feeling of disconnection. If people allow their identity to be completely absorbed in their function, they lose contact with themselves, which slows down their personal growth. We help them:

Acceptance & Commitment Training (ACT)
ACT helps employees handle stressful situations better by accepting thoughts and emotions rather than struggling with them. This increases mental resilience and makes room for valuable choices. In a work environment, this leads to more focus, increased motivation and better cooperation, because employees act on their core values.
Focusing
With focusing, participants learn to recognize subtle signals from their bodies and use them as a source of self-insight and direction. This technique helps to make clear choices that fit personal and professional goals. Focusing promotes emotional acceptance and mental clarity, which is crucial in a dynamic work environment.
Cardiac coherence
Cardiac coherence teaches employees simple breathing techniques to regulate stress and build resilience. Balancing the heart rhythm creates more emotional stability, mental clarity and a healthy balance in the nervous system. This supports employees to work more effectively and to be more aware in the moment.
With this integrated approach, we offer participants a safe space to get to know themselves better, make more conscious choices and be more powerful in their work and life.

Our Cooperation
1 + 1 = 3: Seeds Stronger
When two professionals with shared values and visions join forces, something unique emerges. Our collaboration combines our expertise and backgrounds in psychology, business and body-focused therapies.
We work from the same core values and complement each other with our unique styles and skills. Ann works from Antwerp, Sabine from Den Bosch, which allows us to offer a wide geographical reach. For smaller teams we can work individually, while for larger groups we work together to maintain depth and personal attention.
Our shared history began at the Open Universiteit Nederland, where we graduated together with a behavioral experiment on anxiety in children. This project led to a scientific article in the International Journal of Psychology and the children's book Dark Secret.
Since then we have specialized further: Ann in contextual behavior therapy (ECP certification) and Sabine as a GZ psychologist with BIG registration. In addition, we have gained extensive experience in business. Ann worked for many years as a marketing and communications manager, with expertise in change management and team coaching. Sabine was an HR consultant within the government and has been working as a business psychologist for years.
